...a few weeks before kindergarden graduation, when the teacher asked if anyone could sing. Angela-Marie noticed that no one else had raised their hand, so she did! The teacher swore her to secrecy under the cloak of surprize! On graduation day, a very poised young lady walked to center stage with a microphone in hand, and on cue sang Bette Midler's "Wind beneath My Wings", while her classmates signed the song behind her.

   She delighted everyone and completely surprized her parents. Her fathers' video camera went on the fritz, leaving them with little video and sound...a treasure non the less!

   In the years to follow, as her unending love for music grew, Angela-Marie developed her singing techniques.

   Fasinated with many genres of music, she hung her hat with Country. Angela-Marie enjoyed Traditional sounds of Country, and the Contemporary style of New Country. The influenze of Jazz and Blues are never far behind.

Today, her performances include a blend of many genres, pop, pop rock and contemporary are her favorites!

In late 2008, her own songs will be heard. There are several surprises on the horizon!

   She has a love for musicals, especially 'The Phantom of the Opera'! Though spending alot of time in New York's Theatre District, has given her a love of so many more.

  Inspired by poet and National Goodwill Ambassador for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Mattie Stepanek, she believes that everyone needs to follow their heartsong by living their heartsong.
Angela-Marie began purchasing Mattie's books and supplying them to schools and guidance counselors in her state, as well as supplying them as gifts to many families and friends undergoing hard times. "No matter how long or short our lives are, we must find a purpose in our lives; help others, have faith in ourselves and others, live our lives to the Golden Rule and remember Mattie Stepanek's words....'remember to play after every storm', we can all apply this to our individual lives." No matter what the future brings, Angela-Marie
has vowed that Mattie will live on in her heartsong.

   Angela-Marie has performed in benefits throughout the state of RI and MA, for many individuals and for various groups raising funds for Hurricane Katrina Victims, Woonsocket Milk Fund, Jocelyn Diabetic Clinic, MDA and ST Jude's.
